		<description>This video is a ridiculous over generalization. Everyone has their own unique anchors for each memory or process.

Example: Angela is an accountant. When asked to think about any number she always looks down. That is where she see numbers, on her desk.  And if you ask her about spiders, which she is has a phobia, she looks straight ahead. And if you ask her about her husband she looks up to the left.

 If you want success at  NLP its important to notice all anchors including eye movements.</description>
