a way to tell if someone is lying (in an interigation) is ask them where they were at a certain time, if there eyes move, then they are telling the truth, if there eyes dont, then they are lying

VC=Visual Construct
VR=Visual Recall
AC=Auditory Construct
AR=Auditory Recall
K=Kinesthetic (Feelings i.e. Touch/Feel)
AD=Auditory Internal Dialogue (Not Auditory Digital like someone wrote)

It’s obviously “fake”. But it had to be done this way to show how someone would move their eyes for specific answering, obviously.

For the people who think this is fake, ask the same type of questions to anyone you know (who is right handed) and you can prove to yourself that it really works! (If they are left handed, just reverse the eye cues.)

This video is a ridiculous over generalization. Everyone has their own unique anchors for each memory or process.

Example: Angela is an accountant. When asked to think about any number she always looks down. That is where she see numbers, on her desk. And if you ask her about spiders, which she is has a phobia, she looks straight ahead. And if you ask her about her husband she looks up to the left.

If you want success at NLP its important to notice all anchors including eye movements.
